We’re back on the coast, this time heading south along tiny sinuous roads, with the ocean to our right. We’ll pass an endless number of small cottages, stone bridges, and of course Connemara ponies! After a beautiful ride on the aptly named sky road, we’ll head into the charming town of Clifden for a pint or well deserved hot toddy!
Our last day of riding is a majestic rehash of the week’s highlights: impressively tall mountains, glacial valleys, loughs and bogs, coasts and beaches! We’ll cycle into the majestic Killary Fjord, then witness an amazing Sheepdog demonstration! To crown-off the tour, our ride from Lough Nafooey to Ashford Castle is one of Ireland’s most picturesque!
